This 3 room apartment is situated at the second floor of a building built and opened in 2011, offering a perfectly and completely furnished and equipped, comfortable living space.
At the entrance in the apartment you walk directly into the living room, connected to the open kitchen. From here, a long hall leads you to the two bedrooms and to the main bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe. The curtains offer you the intimacy you need.
The living room is very spacious, furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV stand, a table with chairs. The open kitchen offers a lot of storage space and is equipped with an electric stove and a refrigerator.
On demand, we can provide a microwave, an electric kettle, an iron and an ironing board, a coffee maker, a cloth dryer and even a hairdryer.
The main bathroom provides a bathtub, a toilet, a sink with a mirror. The second bathroom is smaller, proving a toilet and a sink with a mirror.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for each room, a washing machine, and hot water and heating are provided by central heating.
For short time accommodation, the bedrooms are accessorized with linens, duvets, pillows and towels. In the bathrooms you will find hotel cosmetics such as shampoo sachets, shower gel and soap, toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find the sponge and the dish soap.
