A spacious, cozy and chic apartment with 2 rooms waits to welcome its guests. The apartment is situated at the 4th floor of a four story building, opened in 2013. Although it is centrally located, the building is situated in a quiet area, far away from the city’s hubbub, offering in the same time the facilities of a central location and the peace and the silence in such a noisy city.

The apartment is fully furnished and modernly equipped and offers its guests a friendly and functional atmosphere.

You enter the apartment through a spacious lounge, accessorized with a coat rack with mirror and shoe holder. From here you can enter into the living room and into the bedroom.

The living room is spacious and furnished in a friendly way in order to provide both relaxation and resting conditions. The room is furnished with a spacious, comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV stand, a wardrobe, a LCD TV, a table with four chairs and a mini-bar with two bar chairs. The bar connects the living room with the kitchen.

The kitchen offers the perfect functional space where you can cook anytime a delicious meal. The furniture is modern and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, gas hob and on request we can provide a microwave, an electric kettle, coffee maker. More than that, in the kitchen you will find the cutlery, crockery and all the tools you need.

The bedroom is also modernly furnished with a double, spacious bed, two nightstand and a spacious wardrobe. In the bedroom is placed a desk with a chair, where you can work if you are on a business travel. The bedroom is served by a bathroom equipped with a tub with a shower, toilet, a sink with mirror and shelve. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and, on demand, we can provide a clothes dryer and even a hair dryer. In order to provide a pleasant atmosphere, the bedroom is accessorized with high quality bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels, in order to offer a great experience for 4 persons.
