This short term accommodation studio apartment is located in Bucharest, in a modern building recently built and opened in 2011. The studio is intimate and cozy, decorated in natural colors which offer a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The studio is fully and modernly furnished, perfectly functional and ready to offer its guests the comfort they need in a home away from home.

The studio is located in an important area of Bucharest, an area that offers access to numerous arteries of the city both by car and by public transportation. From this area you can easily access Bucur Obor area, Piata Rosseti, Univeristy area, Piata Unirii area. In addition to this, through Mihai Eminescu Street and Dacia Blvd. you have access to Piata Romana and Stefan cel Mare Blvd. and Piata Victoriei and you have also easy access to the Bucharest northern area through Barbu Vacarescu Blvd.

The main room is spacious, bright and decorated in natural colors; it is furnished with a double bed, two nightstands, a TV stand and it has a space dedicated to relaxation, furnished with a coffee table and two chairs. The room has large rooms which are beautifully framed by curtains that provide privacy for guests whenever they need. The room is also equipped with linen, pillows, duvets and towels.

The open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with many storage spaces, a gas hob, an oven, a table with chairs, tools, crockery and cutlery and on request we can equip the kitchen with a microwave, an electric jug, a coffee filter.

The bathroom is also intimate and welcoming, equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with mirror. On request, we can offer our guests a clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a lot of hotel cosmetics.

We want our guests to enjoy a wonderful experience in a home away from home.

In this location, we can provide short term accommodation for groups between 20 – 40 persons.
